How to update my shipping address within the country?

To update your shipping address:
– Click on “My Profile ”
– Choose “Update email and address”
– Insert your Q Account pin code and Security Question and Word
– Enter your new shipping address then click on “Update”

Note: eStore will be linked based on the Shipping address country


How can I track my shipment?

To track your shipment:
– Log in to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Transaction” / “Tools”
– Then click on “Product Shipment”
– Choose the “Year” and click on “AWB number”
– You will be redirected to the tracking website


Why do I need to pay duty and tax to the local Customs when I already paid for the shipping and handling fee?

The shipping and handling fee is paid to our courier partners to ship your product/s. When shipping goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by the local Customs in the Country of destination. You shall be solely responsible for any possible customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, VAT, etc. For further information, please refer to the Terms & Conditions under Section 2.3.

Why do I need to be aware of the possible duty and tax in the country of destination before my product is shipped?

You might be required to pay any possible customs duties, tariffs, import tax, VAT, etc to your local Customs upon the arrival of your product/s. Since duties/taxes are determined by your local Customs and to avoid the return of your product/s to QNET, it is important that you are aware of it before we ship your product/s.

How much will I pay for duties and taxes to the local Customs?

The fee may vary depending on your order value. Please refer to your local Customs for more information because any possible customs duties, tariffs, import tax, VAT, etc are determined by the government and the local Customs of the destination country.

Is there a way to ship my product without paying the possible duty and tax imposed by local Customs?

No, because any possible customs duties, tariffs, import tax, VAT, etc are determined by the government and the local Customs of the destination country. However, you may provide us an alternative shipping address if you wish to ship the products to another country. If there are any additional shipping and handling fee required to send your product/s to a new country, we will advise you accordingly.


Why was my product returned?

When an IR is unreachable during the delivery time, the product will be returned to the company.

How to reship my returned product?

You need to send a request via Help Center requesting to reship your product and you are required to provide the below information:
1. Updated shipping address and mobile number
2. Valid ID photocopy.

Do I need to pay to reship my product?

Yes. There will be a reshipment fee imposed.

What is the payment method I can use to pay the reshipment fee?

You would need to provide e-cards to us when you submit the request to reship the product.


Can we exchange a virtual product with physical product?

No, a virtual product can not be exchanged with a physical product.


What are the required documents for the Self / Third-party product collection?

Below is the required documents for product pick up:
For the Self pick-up please provide a valid ID copy

For third-party pick-up kindly provide the below:
– An authorization letter with the IR’s signature
– Valid ID copy of the collector and IR


Where can I find my Purchase Receipt?

To find your Purchase Receipt:
– Log in to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Transaction” / “Drop down menu in VO2.1”
– Then choose “Order and Payment History”
– Select ALL for both “Week” and “Years” then click on “Go”
