Completing the eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) is a process with QNET that is a straightforward process that requires you to submit your identification documents online for verification. Once approved, you will be able to start using QNET’s services and products without any further delays.
To start, make sure you have a valid ID, such as a national ID, passport, or driver’s licence, registered in the same name as during your registration with QNET. For the next step, from the Virtual Office (VO) on the website or the QNET Mobile App, access the eKYC menu. Select the eKYC option and follow the steps:
1) Take a clear selfie and a photo of your valid ID.
2) Submit these documents to quickly get verified by our system, as it checks the authenticity and cross-checks the information against your QNET registration.
