A simple flow designed to protect your watch at every stage of the journey.

Contact the QNET Global Support Centre (GSC)

Reach out via email, phone, or your QNET Virtual Office (VO) to open a service request. You can find the contact details here.

Find out your authorised service centre

A GSC representative identifies the nearest authorised service partner and shares shipping or drop-off instructions.

Hand in your watch safely

It's important to pack your watch securely to prevent further damage during transportation. Wrap it in a protective layer, use a rigid box with padding, and avoid tape directly on the piece.

Receive assessment and quotation

The GSC representative shall liaise with technicians who will inspect your watch and confirm whether it is in warranty. Out-of-warranty cases receive a clear cost estimate before work.

Wait for the service completion notice

The repair process typically takes 2-3 weeks. After repair and final quality check, your watch is returned to you with a 12-month warranty on the corrected issue.

Shipping to and from the authorised service centre is covered for watches still under warranty. Import taxes and duties, where applicable, are not included.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A quick reference before you send your watch in for service.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most repairs are completed in 2-3 weeks, depending on diagnosis and parts availability. Your GSC representative will share an estimated timeline once your watch is assessed.

Are repairs always free?

If the watch is still under warranty, then repairs will be conducted by authorised technicians and include maintenance. If it is not, then GSC will inform you about the repair costs.

How do I secure my watch before sending for repair?

Start by wrapping your watch in tissue paper, a paper towel, or a clear plastic bag; you can also use bubble wrap for extra protection. Be careful not to let any adhesive touch the watch. Avoid paper-based bubble mailers, as they can tear during transit. Instead, place the wrapped watch in a sturdy cardboard box, centred with padding like foam or packing peanuts to keep it from moving while being shipped.

Can I use my local watch shop instead?

While independent repair or service professionals might offer lower prices, the potential risks associated with warranties, expertise, and quality often outweigh the cost savings. For a valuable luxury watch from a prestige brand such as Bernhard H. Mayer or CIMIER QNETCity, entrusting it to authorised service centres ensures its legacy, performance, and value are preserved for generations to come.

Is shipping also free?

For watches under warranty, shipping to the service centre and back to the customer after repair will also be free of charge. If your watch is not covered by warranty, you will be informed of any shipping fees you need to pay. Note that shipping fees do not cover any applicable import taxes and duties in your country.

What if I’ve lost my warranty card?

Contact the QNET Global Support Centre with your purchase details. They will advise what information is required to verify your watch and any remaining warranty coverage.
