How do I update my email address?

To update your email address:

– Login to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Profile”
– Choose “Update email and address”
– Insert your Q Account pin code, Security Question and Word
– Enter your email address then click “Update”

How to send a request to change email address?

You may send us a request via Help Centre by doing the following steps:

– Go to QNET Website click on Help Centre.
– Click on “Contact us”, fill up your information
– State your old email address, new address, and reason for changing the email on record
– Attach a copy of your valid ID with file sizes less than 5MB
– Enter the Captcha code
– Lastly, click “Submit”


How to update my correspondence address within the country?

To update your correspondence address:
– Login to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Profile “
– Choose “Update email and address”
– Insert your Q Account pin code and Security question and Word
– Enter your new address then click on “Update”

Do I need to activate Know Your Customer (KYC) in order to use the self-service function to update the correspondence address?

No, you are not required to activate Know Your Customer (KYC) to update the information in the self-service function.


How to update my shipping address within the country?

To update your shipping address:
– Click on “My Profile ”
– Choose “Update email and address”
– Insert your Q Account pin code and Security Question and Word
– Enter your new shipping address then click on “Update”

Note: eStore will be linked based on the Shipping address country


How to update my valid ID number?

To update your valid ID number:
– Login to your Virtual Office
– Click “My Profile”
– Choose “Update email and address”
– Insert your Q Account pin code and Security Question and Word
– Enter your valid ID type and valid ID number then click on “Update”

How to check my personal Information?

Go to “MY PROFILE” and click on “Personal Info”


How can I change my virtual office password?

To reset your password: For Countries with No Security Question and words.
– Login to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Proflle”
– Click on “Change Password”
– Enter old password, new password, retype new password
– Click Update

How to retrieve my Virtual office password?

To retrive your password:
– Go to Virtual office login page
– Click on “Forgot Password” enter your IR ID
– Check your registered email address
– Click on the link to reset your password and follow the steps

How can I send a request to retrieve my password?

If you forget your email address, follow the below steps:
1. Go to QNET Website click on Help Centre.
2. Click on ” Contact Us”, fill up your information
– State your concern (e.g. Forget Password) and your old and new email address.
– Attach a copy of your valid ID with file size less than 5MB
– Enter the Captcha code and click “Submit”


How do I correct my name?

To correct your name:
– Login to your Virtual Office, click on Help Centre
– Then click on ” Contact Us”, fill up your information
– State your existing name, the correct name and reason of change
– Attach a copy of your valid ID with file size less than 5MB
– Enter the code shown
– Lastly click on “Submit”

If your existing name requires more than 3 letters to change:
– Provide a hand written letter with your signature and date stating reason of change
– Attach a copy of your valid ID with file size less than 5MB
– Upline’s written ackowledgement letter with his signature and date
– Upline’s valid ID with file size less than 5MB

How do I update my name after marriage or divorce?

To update your name after marriage:
– Login to your Virtual Office, click on Help Centre
– Then click on ” Contact us”, fill up your information
– Provide a clear copy of your old and new valid ID/s
– Attach a copy of your Marriage Certificate/divorce certificate
– Enter the code shown
– Lastly, click on “Submit”


Why is my Q Account blocked?

If you enter the wrong Q account pin code 3 times, your Q Account will be blocked.

How to unblock my Q Account?

You need to send a request via Contact Us  and attach a copy of your valid ID with file size less than 5MB

How to reset my Security Question and Words?

To reset your Security Question and Words:
– Login to your Virtual Office
– Click “Tools” / “My Q Account”
– Click “Reset Security Question”.
– Enter the Q Account pin code and click on validate.
– An email will be sent to you with the verification code.
– Check your email and use the verification code number (*Verification code is only active for 10 minutes).
– Enter the reset code that is sent to your registered email address and click “Continue”
– Create your New Security Question and Words and click “Update”.

Note: Please create a New Security Question and Words as the previously used credentials will not be accepted by the System.


How can I change my expired pin code?

To change your expired pin code:
– Login to your Virtual Office
– Click on “Tools” / “My Q Account”
– Choose “Manage pin code”
– Insert your Security question and Word
– Enter your old pin code, new pin code, re-enter new pin code
– Then choose the renewal period and click on “Update”

How to retrieve my pin code?

You may send us a request via Virtual Office, please follow the below steps: 
– Go to Contact Us click on Smart Hub
– Click on “Contact us”, fill up your information
– State your concern
– Attach your valid ID less than 5MB
– Please enter the Captcha code
– Lastly, click on “Submit”
