This World Health Day, follow these healthy habits that successful people say are the secret to their success. Counting on hard work and perseverance is one thing but developing healthy habits that keep you performing at your best is the most sustainable path to success. This year’s World Health Day theme is Our Planet, Our Health, and so we’d like to focus on the health and wellbeing of our distributors! In this article, we’ve listed healthy habits that highly successful entrepreneurs and role models have in common, especially when it comes to their health.

1. Early To Bed, Early To Rise

One of the most important habits of successful people is sleep consistency. The CEO of Apple, Dwayne The Rock Johnson, entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, and our QNET Founders all have one thing in common – they get up before 6 am and have morning routines that set them up for their daily success. This month, try going to bed early, waking up early every day, and seeing the difference.

2. Working Out Consistently

Rich and successful people all set aside time in their day to get some form of exercise in and report an increase in energy and better sleep. Apart from the health benefits of exercising, adding a workout to your routine, even something as simple as a dance to your favourite song or a short walk around the block will help set you up for business success. This is because daily exercise releases endorphins which improve your mood and your brain functioning.

3. Spending Time With Like-Minded People

If you look at the lives of your favourite role models, you will see that they have an inner circle of friends or mentors who are like-minded and there for them no matter what. Your health isn’t just about eating, sleeping and exercising right – it is also about having joyful moments with the people you love, seeking the support of your mentors and uplines, and spending quality time with your peers and fellow entrepreneurs. Add this to the list of healthy habits to adopt to transform your life into a successful one.

4. Volunteering For A Worthy Cause
