At QNET, we have always believed in the power of transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct. For over two decades, we’ve proudly built a business that empowers individuals through entrepreneurship and community.
Unfortunately, as a brand that is often misunderstood and misrepresented due to our disruptive model, we occasionally find ourselves the target of coordinated misinformation or reputational attacks.
The Threat We Received
In the past 24 hours, QNET received a series of private messages from an individual identifying himself as a content creator and social media influencer. In these messages, he claimed to be producing an “investigative documentary series” that would portray QNET in an extremely negative light.
The messages outlined supposed allegations and claimed the existence of damaging footage and testimonies. However, instead of offering to discuss the content openly or seeking a balanced response, the individual demanded financial compensation in exchange for not releasing the material. He even proposed a deal to “transform the narrative” into a positive one — for a price.
This was not journalism. It was a blatant attempt at extortion.
Our Response: Transparency and Ethics
QNET immediately responded to the individual, offering to engage constructively. We invited him to share his concerns, present any information he had, and allow our team the opportunity to provide clarity, facts, and context.
Rather than respond with openness, the individual escalated the threats. He issued ultimatums and continued demanding payment, confirming that this was not a matter of responsible reporting or truth-seeking, but rather a coercive scheme designed to benefit him personally.
We want to be absolutely clear:
QNET will never give in to blackmail.
In the spirit of full transparency, we are also publicly sharing the screenshots of the messages we received. These speak for themselves.
Why We’re Speaking Out
We believe it’s important to call out such unethical behaviour when it occurs, especially when it targets businesses that are doing legitimate, lawful, and transformative work in markets where economic empowerment is desperately needed.
Below is a screenshot of Khaled Mohamed spreading disinformation against legitimate direct selling companies like QNET and Forever Living.
We will continue to protect our community — our distributors, our customers, and our employees — from falsehoods and manipulation. And we will continue working with media professionals and institutions who value truth, evidence, and balanced reporting.
A Final Note
If any content is released in the days ahead claiming to “expose” QNET without context or verification, we urge our community and the public to ask:
Who is behind it? What do they stand to gain? And why was financial compensation ever on the table?
We thank our community for its continued support and vigilance. We remain committed to doing business with dignity and to addressing misinformation through facts, dialogue, and legal means where necessary.
