Global Advisory on QNET Misinformation
The official source for QNET updates, clear guidance, and facts.
QNET is aware of a coordinated wave of misinformation circulating on social media and various online platforms following the departure of certain former independent distributors and associates.
We take our commitment to transparency seriously and are issuing this advisory to correct the record and provide clarity to our global network, so that they can continue to focus on what matters – building their business.
What is True
All core QNET operations remain stable and unaffected:
- Commissions are being paid as usual
- Business Volume (BV) and Repeat Sales Points (RSP) systems remain unchanged
- Virtual Office (VO), Q Account, and support services are fully operational
As such, your most anticipated events are still underway. The V-Convention (V-CON) will take place as scheduled from 17-21 June 2026 at SPICE Convention Centre, Penang, Malaysia. Our teams are fully mobilised to deliver a smooth energising event experience. You can look forward to a world-class spectacular gathering, just as expected.
Likewise, we are preparing for the next edition of V-Africa. Please stay tuned for updates.
QNET remains a financially stable and established global direct selling company with 28 years of operations and the backing of the QI Group. The company continues to support its global network of micro-entrepreneurs with a long-term, sustainable business model.
Pathman Senathirajah is no longer associated with QNET or The V. Several other Distributors have also chosen to leave – you can find the list here. These were individual decisions and do not represent the broader leadership of the company.
QNET has always been and continues to be led by a professional corporate team. The company has appointed CEO Mattias Mildenborn, alongside experienced global leaders across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to drive long-term growth.
The Amezcua brand and all products bearing its name belong to QNET exclusively. QNET continues to work on strengthening the Amezcua portfolio by making it more relevant to different markets around the world. This includes working more closely with regional experts who bring local insight and practical application.
As part of this evolution, the engagements of Professor Konstantin Korotkov and Dr Beverly Rubik concluded in late 2025, and they are no longer part of QNET’s Scientific Advisory Board. We acknowledge and sincerely appreciate their contributions over the years. Professor Abiodun Abedayo maintains his role as Amezcua’s scientific advisor.
QNET’s focus remains on delivering innovative, high-quality products that deliver great value across all its portfolios.

What is False
RUMOUR:
"Has QNET changed its name?"
FACT:
QNET is still QNET. The company has not changed its name, rebranded, merged, or transitioned into another entity. Any individuals or groups claiming that QNET is now operating under a different name, platform, or structure do not officially represent the company.
RUMOUR:
“Distributors’ Tracking Centres (TCs) are being migrated to another company.”
FACT:
There is no migration process from QNET to any other company, and no one can transfer or block your TC without consent. Any request to “move” means you are being asked to leave QNET and join a different company. Once you leave, you will no longer earn commissions from your QNET business, and your BV and network position cannot be transferred.
RUMOUR:
“QNET is shutting down, merging, or losing its ability to pay commissions.”
FACT:
QNET remains operational, financially stable, and committed to continuing its business without interruption. There are no plans to shut down or merge with any external entity.
RUMOUR:
“QNET has removed eKYC requirements or is operating without compliance.”
FACT:
eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) remains a mandatory global compliance requirement. QNET continues to prioritise security, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
RUMOUR:
“BV can be transferred to another company.”
FACT:
Business Volume (BV) is exclusive to QNET’s compensation structure and cannot be transferred outside the company.
RUMOUR:
“Requests for IDs, genealogy data, or account details via WhatsApp/Telegram are official.”
FACT:
These are fraudulent tactics. QNET will never request sensitive personal information through unofficial channels.
RUMOUR:
“QNET is leaving Africa.”
FACT:
QNET continues to operate through its local partners and support structures, with ongoing business activities across the African region.
RUMOUR:
“QNET has abandoned its values or ethical standards.”
FACT:
QNET remains firmly committed to its core values, its people, and its long-term mission. The continued support of the majority of global leaders reflects the strength and integrity of the organisation.
